How accurate is the text recognition?
Our vision AI model handles standard business card layouts with high accuracy. Unusual designs or heavily stylized fonts may need minor corrections, but the vast majority of cards are captured perfectly.
Does it work with cards in other languages?
It works best with English-language cards. Support for other languages depends on the script. Latin-alphabet languages work well. We are expanding support over time.
What happens if the contact already exists?
The system checks for duplicates by email and phone number. If a match is found, it shows you the existing contact and lets you merge any new information instead of creating a duplicate.
Do I need an internet connection?
The scan works offline using local AI processing. The contact syncs to your CRM when you reconnect.
