How many tracking numbers do I need?
One per source you want to track independently. A typical setup starts with 3–5 numbers — one for Google Ads, one for organic search, one for direct mail, and a couple for specific campaigns.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, with proper disclosure. We can play a brief recording notice at the start of each call. Recordings and AI-generated transcripts are stored in your CRM.
Does dynamic number insertion slow down my website?
No. The script is lightweight and loads asynchronously. It does not affect page speed or user experience.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. Tracking numbers are additional numbers that forward to your main line. Your existing number stays as-is.
