Which platforms are supported?
SMS, Instagram Direct Messages, Facebook Messenger, and Google Business Messages. Additional channels are added based on client demand.
Can multiple team members use the inbox?
Yes. Messages can be assigned to team members, and conversation history is shared. No customer has to repeat themselves because they talked to a different person.
Does it create CRM contacts automatically?
Yes. When someone messages you for the first time on any channel, a CRM contact is created with whatever information is available. Subsequent messages update the existing record.
Can I send outbound messages from the inbox?
Yes, with proper consent. Outbound SMS requires opt-in. Social messages follow each platform policies. All outbound communication is compliance-checked automatically.
