We configure automation rules during onboarding based on your business processes. Rules follow a simple pattern: when X happens, do Y. You can chain actions, add conditions, and set delays. The engine runs continuously inside CU Command, executing automations in real time.

Do I need to write code?
No. Automations are configured through the CU Command interface using plain-language rules. When a lead score exceeds 90, send a follow-up email. When a form is submitted, create a contact and notify the team. No code, no scripting.
Can automations trigger across different services?
Yes. That is the point. A form submission can trigger an email sequence, update a CRM score, create a deal, and schedule a call — all from one event. Every service talks to every other service.
What if an automation does something I did not expect?
Every automation action is logged. You can review what happened, when, and why. If something fires incorrectly, we adjust the rule. There are also safety limits and circuit breakers to prevent runaway automations.
How many automations can I run?
Unlimited. The engine processes automations locally with no per-action charges. Complex workflows with dozens of steps are common.
